Tues 16th Oct 12 (evening) : " The Molecules of Murder " talk by Dr John Emsley    @ the Cambridge Pharmacology society  AS Chem   > Wed 21st Nov 12 (all day) :  " Explore Medicine " @ UEA in Norwich (for yr12's )   > Mon 11th March 2013 ( 2- 3.15pm): " Pharmacy : what is it ?  "                    A talk & discussion open to all AS & A2 Chemists and Biologists in the 6th Form Reading Room at Hartismere.   Dr Lesley Howell from the UEA school of Pharmacy will discuss a degree that might appeal to 6th formers studying Chemistry and/or Biology, what it entails and the different career paths that open up from Pharmacy.   > Wed 13th March 13 (4 - 9pm) : " The World of Doping "            At the HFL Sports Science labs at Newmarket.  A tour of the state of the art lab facilities with young research scientists followed by a workshop on the World of Doping : testing, security, implications and more .....
