Admission to Hartismere   Hartismere draws pupils from a very wide area. However, priority is given to pupils who attend our partner primary schools listed below: Hartismere Partner Primary Schools: St Edmunds, Hoxne • Long Green, Wortham • Palgrave • Gislingham • Mellis • Occold • St Botolphs, Botesdale • Stoke Ash • Thorndon • St Peter & St Pauls Primary, Eye All applications should be made to the Local Authority in the normal way. This includes families applying from Norfolk who should apply through Norfolk Local Authority in the first instance. Hartismere is a specialist Academy of Music. The school now allocates up to 10% of places to prospective pupils on the basis of musical aptitude. When applying parents should indicate if they are applying for a place on the basis of attendance at a partner primary school or on the basis of musical aptitude.
