Fun, Challenges, Teamwork and more Fun

The centre is the second biggest in the country and has a huge range of activities on offer. We were split into three groups and moved from one challenge to the next barely pausing to draw breath. Abseiling, climbing, archery, problemsolving and orienteering were just some of the activities that tested our fear of heights, fear of sharp objects and fear of getting lost.

PGL staff were impressed with the Hartismere students’ confidence and the positive ways they worked as team members and supported each other.

The pupils and the staff would just like to thank Mrs R.Woods who did all the organisation for the trip but was unable to participate because of the imminent arrival of her baby.
