Dear Parent /Guardian,
YEAR 11 ROME TRIP 12 – 17 February 2012
It is proposed to offer Year 11 pupils a school trip to Rome during half term 12 – 17 February 2012. Brief details of the trip are as follows:
- Coach transfer from Hartismere to a London Airport for return flights to Rome.
- Half Board Accommodation in a 2/3* Hotel in Central Rome
- Daily excursions to the principal attractions in Rome ( Forum, Colosseum, Pantheon, Spanish Steps, St Peters, Sistine Chapel…)
- The total inclusive price will be approx £600 ( we are aiming to keep this as an upper limit)
There will be a more detailed presentation for pupils and parents/guardians early in September, when an initial deposit of £100 will be needed to secure one of the limited number of places available. ( Should you wish to be certain of a place please send in your deposit and pupil’s name by the 22 July, f.a.o. Mr Mortimer )
If the limited number of places is over subscribed a random selection will be made.
