From September 2011 Hartismere will stop using ParentMail. Instead we are developing our own programme for sending emails to parents that will better integrate with our own website and systems.
You should notice very little difference between the two systems once we switch over, but there are a couple of additional steps that you’ll have to complete in order for it to work for you; which involves you registering for our new system on the school website. Don’t worry: we’ll keep this as simple as possible and we’ll provide you with full instructions at the start of September. (If you have already registered to receive Student Reports Online then you will not need to register again!)
In order to switch to the new system, you will need to complete two easy steps. These are outlined below:
- Create your own account on the Hartismere Website. (Many parents have already done this.)
You can create your account now at www.hartismere.com/account/migrate
- Link your website account to your children’s school database records. (Some parents have already done this in order to view Reports Online.)
You will need a Student Link Code for every child you have at the school. We sent out codes with reports and profiles during the last academic year. If you need a Student Link Code now please contact the school.
You can link your account at www.hartismere.com/account
Once you’ve created your account, and linked it with your children’s records at the school, we’ll be able to send you emails in the same way as before. You will also be able to access Student Reports Online. And in the future we will develop the system so you can access their Digital Exercise Book as well.
