GEOGRAPHY COURSE OUTLINE
Pupils study a variety of physical and human geography themes in Years 7 to 9 which include geographical skills and people/environment issues. Each area of study lasts about half a term.

- Agriculture
- Fieldwork in Rendlesham forest = Environmental and Conservation
- Assessments: Map Skills test and fieldwork write-up
Year 8
- Extreme Environments
- Man's impact on Environments/Climate Change
- Threatened Environments ( Antarctica )
- Coasts and Coastal Management
- Assessments: Antarctica; Dunwich fieldwork and coastal management
Year 9
- Natural Hazards (volcanoes and earthquakes)
- Energy
- Consumerism and Fashion
- Population and Development
- Travel and Tourism
- Assessments: Kobe earthquake and wind farm assessment
