Fri 20th March 2015 : there will be a significant solar eclipse visible in the sky from around 8.45am Eye-time for over an hour. Please try not to look directly at it, for your own safety...!
The Met Office predicts that it will be around 84% visible from Suffolk (depending on the weather), with a maximum eclipse at around 9.31am and finishing at around 10.40am.
The next solar eclipse visible from the UK is unlikely to be until 2090.
A 75 year wait ..........
