Focus Your Fitness February Challenge!
The PE department is inviting students, staff and friends of the school to take part in our ‘Focus Your Fitness February’ challenge.
All you need to do is choose a fitness goal to complete throughout February. It can be anything you like, for example:
- 10,000 steps a day
- 20 sit-ups a day
- 3 HIIT workouts a week
- 50 miles cycling by the end of the month
The choice is completely up to you!
Last year we saw some fantastic efforts, so why not join in again? You can choose to share your challenge with friends or keep it as your own secret mission — either way, get involved and have fun!
