Congratulations on receiving your examination results!

You Statement of Examination Results explained

You should hang on to your result statement as it includes some useful information you may need going forward.

The top of your result statement includes your full name, date of birth, and ID numbers.

Your results are listed for each examination subject. You may either have been given

Marks may also be included, these will either be raw marks or scaled marks and may or may not be percentages.

You may also see results for individual units and papers.

Some results carry an endorsement - this is an additional award that usually reflects achievement in a
non‑compulsory component. It will be printed on your certificate, but does not contribute to or affect your overall grade.

Next steps

Check the information on your results statement carefully - especially the spelling of your name as this is how it will appear on your certificates.

If you did not get the grades you needed to get your higher education place, you should speak to Mrs Hudson (Head of Sixth Form) as soon as possible sixthform@hartismere.com.

If you believe any grades are missing, please speak to Mr Waller (Examinations Officer) exams@hartismere.com

If you are concerned about any of your results, you should speak to your subject teacher or Head of Year for advice. You can view detailed information about how to make a Post Results Enquiry here.

Certificates are usually available three months after results day. More information about the collection of certificates can be found here. Certificates are valuable - please endeavour to collect yours!

Information about resitting an examination can be found here.
